Position Summary:
The Human Resources Administrator supports the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining employee records. This position ensures HR processes are carried out smoothly and contributes to fostering a positive and productive workplace.

Position Summary:
The Human Resources Administrator supports the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining employee records. This position ensures HR processes are carried out smoothly and contributes to fostering a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring:
- Assist in the development of job descriptions
- Post open positions in JazzHR (Applicant Tracking System)
- Screen resumes, coordinate and schedule interviews, and facilitate candidate communication
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Prepare and facilitate all new hire orientation and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Process background and reference checks
- Process new hire paperwork and maintenance of personnel records
- Assist with exit interviews and offboarding procedures
- Promote a positive work environment through communication and policy education
- General HR Duties:
- Respond to employee questions about benefits and payroll deductions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist with audits, reporting, and policy development
- Special projects as assigned
- Assist in the creation and distribution of Monthly Newsletters
- Assist in “Guru” documentation (Knowledge Database)
- Set up reminders and follow up with managers on periodic assessments
- Assist with managing the annual Performance Review Process
- Coordinate and support all team members
- Assist with planning and implementing employee recognition activities
- Administrative Duties:
- Provide Back-up Administrative Support to the CEO and other Company Executives
- Coordinate Team Calendars/Schedule interdepartmental meetings using Shared Calendars
- Assist Executive Administrator Assistant in planning company-wide All Staff Meetings / Interdepartmental meetings.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred - Experience:
Minimum of 3 - 4 years in an HR/Administrative support role; experience in a corporate or professional setting preferred. - Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work with all levels of work associates
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
