Position Summary:
The Implementation Manager/Account Management Support is responsible for leading the successful onboarding and deployment of new and existing clients. This role ensures that implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Working cross-functionally with IT, Data Science, Operations and Account Management, the Implementation Manager plays a key role in ensuring long-term client satisfaction and adoption. The Account Management Support role provides vital assistance to the account management team, helping to ensure the ongoing satisfaction and retention of clients. This role supports client communications, reporting, documentation, and operational tasks that maintain high-quality service delivery for our data analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Manager:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their relevant vendor partners during the implementation phase.
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, account management, data engineers, developers, analysts) to ensure successful execution.
- Facilitate client meetings and status updates, proactively anticipating, identifying and resolving issues.
- Conduct weekly internal status update calls to ensure alignment of resource readiness and prioritization.
- Drive continuous improvement in implementation processes and documentation.
- Transition clients smoothly to Account Management post-implementation.
- Assist Account Managers in responding to client requests, issues, and routine updates.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for client review.
- Maintain and update client documentation, CRM records, and support logs.
- Help implement and track client success plans and KPIs.
- Support cross-functional coordination between account management, analytics, and support teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or technical client onboarding.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing or support role
- Strong understanding of data analytics platforms and concepts (BI tools, data pipelines, ETL).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems (e.g., PipeDrive, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with data analytics concepts and reporting preferred.
- Familiarity/experience in healthcare claims data and payment integrity a plus.
