- 5+ years of fullstack development experience
- Strong skills in React (modern hooks, state management) and Python/Django
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Comfort with agile tools (GitHub, Jira, code reviews, testing frameworks)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Experience with healthcare data and HIPAA compliance
- Knowledge of Azure services, data visualization, or infrastructure as code
- Startup experience or open-source contributions
